Our Lodge is well known for its excellent
cuisine. Every day our two Chefs from
Zanzibar are defining the right balance of
exotic African flavors and International
standards in our "Migrations Restaurant"
or in our Terrace Restaurant.
Our Vegetables and Salads are grown
without fertilizers in our own Vegetable
gardens. The tab water is supplied from a mountain spring via a lodge owned
pipeline. Here on the lodge we submit it
to ultra-filtration and UV irradiation before
we pump it to the chalets or use it to
clean the vegetables. By these measures
we establish the highest quality standards
which allow our international guests to
sample salads and vegetables
unhesitatingly from our delicious menus
